Refund Terms
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of service completion
- Refunds are available for services that have not been fully delivered or implemented
- Custom development work that has been completed and delivered may not be eligible for a full refund
- Any third-party costs incurred (hosting, domain, plugins) are non-refundable
